Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of HomieDave, operated by Kareem Ward ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use HomieDave. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or generate. By using HomieDave, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the app's features (chat, image/video generation, storage, and delivery back to you).

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use HomieDave to create, upload, or request:

Content that sexualizes or exploits minors in any way
Non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content depicting a real, identifiable person without their explicit consent
Face-swaps or likeness edits of any real person without that person's permission
Content intended to harass, defame, threaten, or impersonate a real individual
Hate speech, content promoting violence, or content facilitating illegal activity
Malware, phishing content, or anything designed to compromise systems or accounts
Content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, or publicity rights

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, and to report unlawful content (including CSAM) to the appropriate authorities.

4. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms, use the in-app Report button on the relevant message or media, or email abuse@homiedave.tech. Reports are reviewed and may result in content removal, warnings, or account termination.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

HomieDave's personas are AI-generated and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected output. Generated images, video, and audio are AI-created and should not be presented as depicting real events. You are responsible for how you use and share generated content.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription plans (Plus, Pro, Power) are billed through Square. Plan features and limits are described in-app and may change with notice. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

HomieDave is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
