HomieDave ("we," "our," "the app") is operated by Kareem Ward. This policy explains what information we collect when you use HomieDave, why we collect it, and who we share it with.

To provide HomieDave's features, certain data is sent to the following service providers. Each processes data under its own privacy terms:

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Our poster generation feature can place a face from a photo you upload onto other imagery. You may only upload photos of yourself or people who have given you permission to do so. Uploading someone else's likeness without their consent violates our Terms of Use and may result in account termination. Uploaded photos used for this feature are processed by Replicate and are not used to train any model.
Chat history and generated media are retained while your account is active so you can access past conversations and media. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact below). Some records may be retained briefly for fraud prevention or legal compliance.
HomieDave is not directed at children under 13, and users must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in their country) to create an account. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this policy as HomieDave's features change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
